27例特殊表现的急性白血病

本文报告我院1968～1988年间首发症状表现特殊的急性白血病27例,占316例同期住院急性白血病患者的8.5％。这些以特殊形式表现的急性白血病,临床类型各异,易于误诊。

Acute Leukemia with Special Clinical Manifestations-A Report of 27 Cases

Twenty seven cases of acute leukemia with special clinical manifestations in the initial symptoms in our hospital during the period 1968-1988 are reported; they accounted for 8.5% of 316 cases of acute leukemia admitted in same period. In all these cases, 10 were defined as bones and joints form, 2 as lymph nodes greatly enlarged form, mouth lesion form,hypersplenomegaly form, gastro-intestinal disturbance form and cerebrospinopathy form, respectively, 1 case as tumor mass form, pleural effusion form, pericardial effusion form rupture of the spleen form, icterus form, diabetes form and thrombotic phlebitis form, respectively. The clinical features were varied in these cases of acute leukemia of unusual presentation, which might lead to misdiagnosis.
