葡萄胎和侵袭性葡萄胎滋养细胞的免疫组化观察

摘    要:应用免疫组化方法,采用抗绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),胎盘泌乳素(HPL)及妊娠特异性糖蛋白(SP1)抗体,观察了59例葡萄胎和侵袭性葡萄胎中肿瘤性滋养细胞的增生、分布及激素表达情况,结果表明:葡萄胎主要表现滋养细胞的轻-中度增生,合体滋养细胞(ST)数量为主,其次是细胞滋养细胞(CT),较少中间型滋养细胞。而侵袭性葡萄胎主要表现中-重度增生,IT及ST增生显著,尤其是IT数量较葡萄胎显著增多(P<0.01)。侵袭性葡萄胎在HPL和SP1的表达上均较葡萄胎明显增强,这可能与IT的显著增生有关。我们认为不同滋养细胞的增生、分布及激素表达水平的测定,在两种肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断及预后方面是有意义的。

Abstract:Hydatidiform mole and invasive mole in 59 were studied by immunohistochemically using a panel of antibodies against HCG,HPL and SP1. Trophocyte in three were observed about proliferation and distribution.The results showed that hydatidiform mole differed greatly from the invasive mole in intermediate trophoblust(IT) about proliforation,distribution and embryohormone,Tropocytes of hydatidiform mole were proliferated by many syncytiotrophoblasts(ST),The IT quantity of invasive mole is more than that of hydatifigform mole(P<0.01).Embryohormone expression of invasive mole is stronger than that of hydatidiform mole in SP1.IT distribution and embryobonormone in hydatidiform mole and invasive mole were worth attention
