外来器械及外来器械护士管理中存在的问题及对策

目的:探讨对外来器械及外来跟台手术器械护士的管理办法,确保手术安全。方法:通过近2年多来对我院外来器械及外来跟台手术器械护士参加手术情况进行跟踪、了解,发现外来器械及其跟台手术器械护士对手术室安全管理有较大的影响。结果:外来器械的清洗、消毒、灭菌质量得到了保证,完善了外来器械的清点、登记等管理措施,各相关科室基本上能按要求把好外来器械验收质量关;外来器械护士的手术室管理及院感管理知识得到了提高。结论:加强对外来器械及外来跟台手术器械护士的管理,是减少手术室安全隐患、确保患者手术安全的根本保证。
