| 摘 要： | 本文总结我院妇产科1984年10月～12月间,对于高危妊娠的胎儿,前瞻性地应用了羊水生化分析及B型超声多项指标检查,综合判定胎儿成熟度五例报道,其中重症妊娠高血压综合征一例,中央性前置胎盘两例、胎膜早破两例。此五例均适时终止了妊娠,其中三例行选择性剖宫产,两例行催产素引产后经阴道分娩。新生儿胎龄最低者34周,体重最低者2100g。新生儿出生后1分钟Apgar评分均为8～10分,出生后无一例RDS发生。产妇及新生儿愈后均良好。

| Abstract: | This article presents 5 cases for prospective assessment of fetal maturity in high risk pregnancy through amniotic fluid analysis with B model sonar monitoring of multi-item, (severe hypertensive syndromre in pregnancy 1 cases, complete placenta praevia 2 cases and premature ruptue of membranes 2cases), in the Department of OBS/GYN in our hospital from Oct.to Dec.1984.Pregnancy has been terminated at suitable time for the high risk patiets. Therein selective cesareau section was performed on 3 cases and 2 cases were delivered through vagina after labor induction with oxytocin.The lowest gestational ageof the newborn was at the 34th week of gestation Lowest weight of the neonatal was 2100g. Apgar score at the one minute at birth was between 8-10 points.There was no RDS in the neonataln Prognosis in the maternal and the newborn was good. |
