加强高危管理 努力降低孕产妇死亡率

从１９９０年起，新都县全面推行高危妊娠报卡制管理，有效地控制了孕产妇死亡，１９８６～１９８９年年平均孕产妇死亡率为９９．９／１０万，１９９０～１９９７年年平均孕产妇死亡率为３１．０／１０万，下降幅度达６８．９％，说明高危妊娠报卡制管理，对控制孕产妇死亡是行之有效的措施。

“Report Card System”management of high risk pregnancy has been carried out completely since 1990,the mortality of pregnant women and puerpera has been controlled effectively.The average mortality a year of pregnant women and puerpera from 1986 to 1989 is 999/105,from 1990 to 1997 is 310/105,the decline range reached 689%.The results showed that the “Report Card System”management of high risk pregnancy is an effective measures on controlling the death of pregnant women and puerpera.
