| 摘 要： | 目的探讨锌制剂治疗小儿急性腹泻的疗效。方法将136例小儿急性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组68例,均给予相同综合治疗,治疗组加用硫酸锌口服。结果治疗组在腹泻、发热,住院时间均较对照组减少,差异有显著性。结论口服锌制剂治疗小儿急性腹泻可减轻腹泻症状、缩短病程。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of zinc sulfate on infants with acute diarrhea and study its mechanisms.Methods This study consisted of 136 infants with acute diarrhea,who were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.Both groups received conventional therapy.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups in terms of fever,diarrhea,and hospital stay.Conclusion Zinc sulfate is effective in treating infants with acute diarrhea and preventing recurrence of the disease. |
