一氧化碳中毒临床路径了解程度调研

目的在进行“一氧化碳中毒临床路径”研制和推广前调研48所相关医疗单位医、护人员，以制定出科学合理的临床路径。方法以信函和电子邮件及电话访谈的联系方式，以回答问卷的形式了解各级医疗机构和各级医务人员对一氧化碳中毒临床路径了解程度和需求程度。结果发出问卷120份，收到有效问卷110份。有效率91．67％。来自不同级别医院的各级医护人员认真回答各项问题。结论规范和路径应兼顾三级医院，发挥其诊疗水平和鼓励科研创新又兼顾基层医院能接受和完成。

Survey of Realize Degree of Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Clinical Pathway

Objective To investigate doctors and nurses from 48 hospitals on ＂clinical pathway of carbon monoxide poisoning＂ so as to work out a reasonable and scientific clinical pathway. Methods To understand the realize degree and demand level about carbon monoxide poisoning clinical pathway of medical institutions and medical staffs at all levels by contact ways of letters, E-mail and phone interview and the form of questionnaire about carbon monoxide poisoning clinical pathway. Results A total of 120 questionnaires were sent out, 110 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective rate is 91.67%. Medical personnel from different hospitals answered questions carefully. Conclusion Norms and pathway should improve diagnosis and treatment level and encourage scientific research innovation in tertiary hospitals and give consideration to primary hospitals.
