| 摘 要： | 患儿因一次性口服大量神经系统及循环系统用药,导致昏迷,在情况不详细时,临床药师及时应用高效液相色谱法检测其体内所服艾司唑仑及四种抗癫痫药血药浓度,并通过对艾司唑仑、利培酮、速效救心丸三种药物生物利用度、药物相互作用的分析,配合了临床对药物中毒患儿的抢救与治疗。

| Abstract: | A Child, taking a lot of nervous system and circulatory system drugs at one time, resulting in coma, and the situation was not so detailed. Clinical pharmacist promptly detected the plasma concentration of estazolam and four antiepileptic drugs by high-performance liquid chromatography, as a result, cooperated with the clinical rescue and treatment of drug poisoning by the analysis of drug bioavilability and interaction of estazolam, risperidone and instant-effect Jiuxin Pills. |
