| 摘 要： | 目的]观察沙参麦冬汤加减治疗慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法]将135例患者随机分为两组,对照组67例采用咳必清治疗,治疗组68例采用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗。治疗28d后进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组总有效率92.64%优于对照组79.10%。结论]沙参麦冬汤加减治疗慢性咳嗽疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe effect of treating chronic cough with Jiajian Shashan Maidong decoction.Method] The 135 cases were randomly divided into two groups,coutrol groug 67 cases with Carbetapentane,treatment group 68 cases with Jiajian Shashan Maidong decoction.After 28 days treatment to determine the efficacy.Results] The treatment group,the total markedly rate for 92.64%.Better than the control group79.10%.Conclusion] The curative effect of jiajian ShashenMaidong decoction on treating heat type asthma better. |
