摘    要:目的]观察枸杞多糖对小鼠皮肤的抗衰老作用。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,分别灌胃给予D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠不同剂量的枸杞多糖,采用生化方法测定小鼠皮肤组织中成纤维细胞数目、皮肤组织含水量及H2O2含量。结果]枸杞多糖的衰老小鼠皮肤组织中成纤维细胞数目与含水量明显高于衰老模型组,而H2O2含量则明显下降。结论]D-半乳糖可造成小鼠皮肤衰老,枸杞多糖具有显著的抗小鼠皮肤衰老作用。

Abstract:Objective]To observe the wolfberry polysaccharide of mouse skin anti-aging effects.Method]Randomized controlled method,respectively,were given D-galactose induced aging mice with different doses of LBP,the number of fibroblasts in the mouse skin tissue,skin tissue water content and H2O2 content by biochemical methods.Results]The wolfberry polysaccharide aging mouse skin tissue in the number of fibroblasts and the water content was significantly higher than the aging model group the H2O2 content decreased.Conclusion]D-galactose can cause The mice skin aging,LBP has significant anti-mouse skin aging effects.
