COX-2在Barrett食管中的表达及意义

目的：探讨环氧合酶-2（COX-2）在Barrett食管（BE）中的表达及意义。方法：用免疫组织化学二步法染色检测COX-2在BE、慢性食管炎及正常食管黏膜中的表达。结果：免疫组织化学染色显示COX-2主要在表层上皮细胞及化生的腺上皮细胞胞浆中表达,COX-2在BE和慢性食管炎中的表达较正常食管黏膜显著增高（P〈0.005）,而在前两组组织中的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：COX-2可能参与慢性食管炎和BE的发生发展过程,并有可能促进BE向食管腺癌发展。

Expression of COX-2 in Barrett Esophagus and Its Significance

Objective： To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） in Barrett esophagus（BE） and its significance.Methods： Expression of COX-2 was determined with two-step immunohistochemical staining in cases of chronic esophagitis,normal esophagus mucosa and BE which was definitely diagnosed by upper endoscopy and pathologic biopsy,and the data were analyzed statistically.Results： COX-2 protein was mainly expressed in cytoplasm of the surface epithelium and metaplasia glandular epithelium.The expression of COX-2 in BE and chronic esophagitis was significantly higher than that in normal esophageal mucosa（P〈0.005）,while the difference of COX-2 protein expression between BE and chronic esophagitis was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The intensified expression of COX-2 in BE and chronic esophagitis demonstrates that COX-2 might participate the development of chronic esophagitis,and further progress the development of BE,and stimulate BE turn into esophageal adenocarcinoma.
