| 摘 要： | 目的:优选并确立鼻敏康中挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取挥发油,以挥发油总量为指标,采用正交试验设计,对加水量、浸润时间和水蒸馏时间进行探讨研究。结果:挥发油的最佳提取工艺为A2B1C2,即加8倍量水,浸润2小时,蒸馏5小时。结论:筛选的提取工艺可行、效率高,适合工业化生产。
