招飞体检青年运动后血尿、蛋白尿试验分析

目的 研究招飞体检青年运动后血尿、蛋白尿的发生率和规律，探讨尿液检查筛选标准。方法 招飞体检青年５４３人作为试验对象，在他们进行一系列室外运动（１ｈ）前后留取尿样，用尿液分析仪检测并镜检。结果 运动后血尿蛋白尿发生率明显高于晨尿检出率，并发现１例肉眼血尿。结论 建议增加运动后尿样检测用于招飞体检，并研究制定有关筛选标准。

Investigation of hematuria and proteinuria after exercise test in candidates of flying cadet

Objective To explore the incidence of athletic hematuria and proteinuria in candidates of flying cadet in order to improve the screening method. Method Five hundred and forty three candidates served as subjects.Morning urine samples and urine samples after completing a series of exercise in 1 h were collected and examined by urine analyser and microscope. Result The incidences of hematuria and proteinuria after excercise test were significantly higher than those of morning samples,and 1 case of naked eye hematuria was found. Conclusion It is suggested that examination of urine sample after excercise test should be adopted in physical examination for flying cadets,and the screening standard should be studied.
