超声检查对小儿阑尾炎的诊断和临床分型的应用价值

目的 探究小儿阑尾炎采取超声检查的诊断及临床分型价值。方法 回顾性分析，纳入 2015年 6月至 2020年 12月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的疑似小儿阑尾炎患儿 80例，其中男 47例、女 33例，年龄（6.35±2.48）岁，均接受超声检查，分析对比手术病理结果与超声检查结果；计数资料组间比较采用χ2 检验，评估诊断准确性。结果 80例患儿经手术病理检查确诊率为98.75%（79/80），经超声检查确诊率为 92.50%（74/80），超声诊断分型结果与手术病理结果对比差异无统计学意义（χ2 = 3.754，P=0.053）。结论 小儿阑尾炎应用超声诊断及分型具有显著的临床应用价值，进而为临床疾病诊断及后期治疗提供可靠参考。

Application value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and clinical classification of appendicitis in children

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and clinical classification of appendicitis in children. Methods This study was a retrospective study. Eighty children with suspected appendicitis admitted to Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2015 to December 2020 were included, including 47 boys and 33 girls, with an age of (6.35±2.48) years old. All children were examined by ultrasound. The results of surgical pathology and ultrasonography were compared. χ2 test was used to evaluate the accuracy of diagnosis. Results Of the 80 children, 79 cases (98.75%) were diagnosed by surgical pathology, and 74 cases (92.50%) were diagnosed by ultrasound. There was no statistically significant difference between the results of ultrasonic diagnosis and surgical pathology (χ2 =3.754, P=0.053). Conclusion Ultrasonography has significant clinical application value in the diagnosis and clinical classification of appendicitis in children, which can provide a reliable reference for clinical disease diagnosis and later treatment.
