摘    要:目的 探索PDCA循环在住院病房高危药品管理中的效果,规范高危药品的管理,提高用药安全性。方法 广东省妇幼保健院护理部2017年2月组建高危药品品管圈小组进行试验研究,小组成员中包括副主任药师1人,主任医师1人,主任护理师1人,副主任护师1人,主管护师4人,护师7人,平均年龄31.25岁,平均工作年限10.5年。运用PDCA循环管理模式,对2017年5月至2018年2月期间住院病房高危药品管理进行持续质量改进,并运用调查表进行效果评价。使用SPSS 15.0统计学软件对本次研究数据进行统计分析,并对活动前、后数据进行组内配对t检验。结果 活动后住院病房高危药品目录为(9.25±0.67)分、药品基数管理为(9.03±0.69)分、有效期管理为(9.41±0.50)分、存储管理为(8.91±0.78)分、标识管理为(8.94±0.80)分、交接班管理为(9.25±0.57)分、质量监控管理为(9.19±0.59)分、防范措施为(9.22±0.56)分、用药监测为(9.19±0.54)分、不良事件上报为(8.88±0.16)分,均显著高于活动前得分[分别为(7.23±0.66)分、(7.28±0.58)分、(8.97±0.59)分、(8.25±0.62)分、(7.78±0.71)分、(8.72±0.73)分、(8.78±0.71)分、(7.47±0.62)分、(6.72±0.77)分、(6.31±0.64)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 品管圈活动能有效促进住院病房高危药品管理质量的持续改进,提升用药安全性;同时也提高团队的综合管理能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle in the high-risk drug management inhospital wards, to standardize the management of high-risk drugs, and toimprove the safety of drug use. Methods A quality controlcircle group was organized in February 2017 at Nursing Department, GuangdongProvincial Maternity and Child Care Center. There were 1 vice-chief pharmacist,1 chief doctor, 1 chief nurse, 1 vice-chief nurse, 4 nurses-in-charge, and 7senior nurses in this group, with an average age of 31.25, and they averagelyworked 10.5 years. From May 2017 to February 2018, the PDCA cycle managementmode was applied to continually improve the hospital ward high risk drugmanagement quality, and the effect was evaluated by the self-madequestionnaire. The SPSS 15.0 software was used to analyzed the data. The databefore and after the activity were compared by the paired t test. Results The scores of highrisk drug catalog and cardinal management, expired period management, storagemanagement, warning label management, shift change management, quality controlmanagement, prevention measures, supervision of use, and report of adverseevents were significantly higher after than before the activity [(9.25±0.67)vs. (7.23±0.66), (9.03±0.69) vs. (7.28±0.58), (9.41±0.50) vs. (8.97±0.59),(8.91±0.78) vs. (8.25±0.62), (8.94±0.80) vs. (7.78±0.71), (9.25±0.57) vs.(8.72±0.73), (9.19±0.59) vs. (8.78±0.71), (9.22±0.56) vs. (7.47±0.62),(9.19±0.54) vs. (6.72±0.77), and (8.88±0.16) vs. (6.31±0.64)], with statisticaldifferences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Quality controlcircle activity can effectively promote the continuous improvement of themanagement quality of hospital ward high risk drugs, and improve the safety ofdrug use and the team's comprehensive management capabilities.
