半导体激光联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮的疗效和护理体会

摘    要:目的 探讨半导体激光联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗痤疮的疗效和护理效果。方法 选取2019年10月至2021年4月在广州市皮肤病防治所就诊的100例痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组男19例,女31例,年龄14~41(25.62±8.35)岁,给予半导体激光治疗;研究组男20例,女30例,年龄12~43(26.43±8.12)岁,给予半导体激光联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗。记录患者皮肤纹理特征变化、不良反应,并评估临床疗效及患者满意度;采用t检验、χ2检验进行统计分析。结果 治疗结束后,研究组色斑[(35.41±6.22)%比(40.16±9.37)%]、毛孔[(25.10±6.83)%比(29.65±8.40)%]、红斑[(21.05±8.42)%比(28.18±9.23)%]、紫质[(28.02±9.02)%比(32.60±10.67)%]计数均较对照组减少(t=2.986、2.972、4.035、2.318,均P<0.05);第2次治疗后研究组临床总有效率44.00%(22/50)均明显高于对照组24.00%(12/50),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.456,P=0.035),对照组与研究组治疗结束后2个月临床总有效率为54.00%(27/50)、78.00%(39/50),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.417,P=0.011);对照组与研究组痤疮总满意度为88.00%(44/50)、100.00%(50/50),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.542,P=0.004)。结论 半导体激光联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗可显著改善痤疮症状,提高临床治疗效果和,同时应配合规范化护理措施,保障临床治疗效果和患者满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectof semiconductor laser combined with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid in thetreatment of acne and the nursing effect. Methods A total of 100 patients with acne who weretreated at the Guangzhou Institute of Dermatology Prevention and Treatment fromOctober 2019 to April 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and astudy group using a random number table method, with 50 cases in each group.The control group had 19 males and 31 females who were 14-41 (25.62 ± 8.35)years old, and were given semiconductor laser treatment. The study group had 20males and 30 females who were 12 to 43 (26.43±8.12) years old, and were treatedwith semiconductor laser and 30% supramolecular salicylic acid. The changes inskin texture characteristics and adverse reactions were recorded. The clinicalefficacies and patient satisfaction were evaluated. t and χ2 tests were used for statisticalanalysis. Results After the treatment, the counts of stains, pores, erythema, andpurple matter in the study group were lower than those in the control group[(35.41±6.22)% vs. (40.16±9.37)%, (25.10±6.83)% vs. (29.65±8.40)%,(21.05±8.42)% vs. (28.02±9.23)%, (29.31±9.02)% vs. (32.60±10.67)%; t=2.986, 2.972, 4.035, and 2.318; all P<0.05]. After the second treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 44.00% (22/50) in the study group, andwas 24.00% (12/50) in the control group, with a statistical difference (χ2=4.456, P=0.035). The total effective rate 2months after the end of the treatment was 54.00% (27/50) in the control group,and was 78.00% (39/50) in the study group, with a statistical difference (χ2=6.417, P=0.011). The total satisfaction withacne was 88.00% (44/50) in the control group, and was 100.00% (50/50) in thestudy group, with a statistical difference (χ2=8.542, P=0.004). Conclusions Semiconductor lasercombined with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid can significantly improve thesymptoms of acne and the clinical treatment effect. At the same time,standardized nursing measures should be used to ensure the clinical treatmenteffect and patient satisfaction.
