全子宫切除术后患者自我效能现状调查及影响因素分析

目的　探讨全子宫切除术后患者自我效能的现状及其影响因素。方法　采取方便抽样方法选取2020年9月至2021年3月在广州医科大学附属第二医院妇科病房的全子宫切除术后患者51例作为研究对象，年龄41～74（53.71±8.72）岁。采用一般资料调查问卷、自我效能感量表进行问卷调查。釆用Pearson相关分析方法来探讨全子宫切除术后患者自我感受负担与自我效能感的相关性，统计学方法采用t检验、单因素方差分析、多重线性回归。结果　全子宫切除术后患者的自我效能感总分为（21.76±9.30）分，不同子女的个数、家庭人均月收入患者的自我效能感得分比较差异均有统计学意义（F=3.88、1.24，P=0.015、0.044）。结论　家庭人均月收入、病程是全子宫切除术后患者自我效能的重要影响因素，建议对家庭人均月收入较低、病程较长的患者加强术后心理护理以提高其自我效能感。

Self-efficacy of patients after total hysterectomy and the influencing factors

Objective　To investigate thecurrent situation and influencing factors of self-efficacy of patients aftertotal hysterectomy. Methods　Fifty-one patients after hysterectomy treated in a grade 3A hospitalin Guangzhou were investigated by the general data questionnaire andself-efficacy scale. The correlation between the self-burden and self-efficacyin the patients were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. t test, one way ANOVA, and multiplelinear regression were applied. Results　The total score of self-efficacy was (21.76±9.30). There werestatistical differences in the scores of offspring number and family per capitamonthly income of self-efficacy (F=3.88and 1.24; P=0.015 and 0.044). Conclusions　Family per capita monthly income and course of disease are importantinfluencing factors of self-efficacy in patients after total hysterectomy. Itis suggested that patients with low per capita monthly income and a long courseof disease should strengthen postoperative psychological nursing to improvetheir self-efficacy after total hysterectomy.
