精神分裂症患者血浆微小RNA-195、脑源性神经营养因子表达及与复发的相关性

摘    要:目的:探讨精神分裂症患者血浆微小RNA-195(miR-195)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达水平,并分析二者与复发相关性。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年5月本院收治的精神分裂症患者118例为观察组,根据患者2年内复发情况将患者分为复发组(29例)与未复发组(89例)。另选同期健康者120名为对照组。测定受试者血浆中BDNF水平与miR-195水平;分析患者血浆miR-195、BDNF表达相关性及影响精神分裂症患者复发的因素。结果:观察组血浆miR-195水平显著高于对照组,BDNF水平显著低于对照组(P均<0.01)。复发组与未复发组家族史、病程比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);复发组血浆miR-195水平显著高于未复发组,BDNF水平显著低于未复发组(P均<0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示观察组血浆miR-195水平与BDNF表达呈负相关(r=-0.526,P<0.05);COX分析显示miR-195高表达、BDNF水平低是精神分裂症患者复发的独立危险因素(HR=2.367,2.279;P均<0.01)。结论:...

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression levels of microRNA-195(miR-195)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in patients with schizophrenia,and analyze their correlation with recurrence.Method:A total of 118 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the observation group,and according to the recurrence within 2 years,the patients were divided into recurrence group(n=29)and non recurrence group(n=89).Another 120 healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of BDNF and miR-195 in plasma were measured.The correlation between the expressions of miR-195 and BDNF and the factors influencing the recurrence of schizophrenia were analyzed.Results:The level of plasma miR-195 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of BDNF was significantly lower than that in the control group(both P<0.01).The differences were statistically significant in the family history and course of disease between the recurrence group and the non recurrence group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the non recurrence group,the level of miR-195 in the recurrence group was significantly higher,and the level of BDNF was significantly lower(both P<0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the expressions of miR-195 and BDNF in the observation group were negatively correlated(r=-0.526,P<0.05).COX analysis showed that high expression of miR-195 and low BDNF level were independent risk factors for recurrence in patients with schizophrenia(HR=2.367,2.279;both P<0.01).Conclusion:The abnormal expressions of plasma miR-195 and BDNF may be related to the recurrence of schizophrenia.
