摘    要:用培养的原代心肌细胞建立缺氧-再给氧方法,对缺氧60分钟、120分钟及缺氧后再给氧30及60分钟时心肌细胞搏动、LDH活性、(51) ̄Cr释放率、苔盼蓝摄取率、扫描电镜观察及1,6-二磷酸果糖对其影响进行了研究。结果显示:缺氧2小时可引起心肌细胞搏动频率减慢,再给氧后搏动频率加快;LDH活性、(51) ̄Cr释放率和苔盼蓝摄取率增加,电镜显示心肌细胞膜受损。1,6-二磷酸果糖对心肌细胞膜具有保护作用。

Abstract:In the present experiment an anoxia/reoxygenation method was established by using cultured primordial myocardial cells.The pulsation of myocardial cell, activity of LDH,release rate of 51Cr, uptake rate of trypan-blue and results of scanning electron microscopy were examined at 60 and 120 min after anoxia, 30 and 60 min after reoxygenation. The effects of FDP on the anoxia/reoxygenation myocardial cell were studied. The results showed that the beating of myocardial cells was slowed down, release rate of 51Cr,activity of LDH and uptake rate of trypan-blue was increased 2 hours after anoxia and 1 hour after reoxygenation. Electron microscopy revealed injury of cell membrane. FDP had some protective effects on myocardium during the anoxia/reoxygenation
