| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大肠癌术后门静脉置泵灌注化疗预防肝转移的临床疗效。方法:46例大肠癌患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后自门静脉化疗泵注药(5-FU、MMC和EPI),对照组自周围静脉注药。结果:治疗组5年生存率55·00%(11/20),肝转移率12·50%(3/24);对照组5年生存率33·33%(6/18);肝转移率27·27%(6/22);两组相比差异有统计学意义,P<0·01。结论:大肠癌术后门静脉置泵灌注化疗预防肝转移效果好。5年生存率明显提高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the clinical efficiency of preventing from liver metastasis, by injecting drug into chemotherapy pump in portal vein after colon cancer resection. METHODS: Forty-six cases were divided randomly into the treat group and the control group. In the treat group, after operation, drugs (5-FU,MMC,EPI) were injected into chemotherapy pump in portal vein; in the group, the drugs were injected into around veins. RESULTS: In the treat group, survival rate of 5 years was 55.00%(11/20), liver metastasis rate was 12.50%(3/24); in the contrdst group: survival rate of 5 years was 33.33%(6/18), liver metastasis rate was 27.27%(6/22), P<0.01. CONCLUSIONS: The regime, injecting drugs into chemotherapy pump in portal vein after colon cancer resection has good effect for preventing liver metastasis. The survival rate of 5 years obviously improves. |
