核黄素在脂质代谢中的作用

摘    要:核黄素是机体多种氧化还原酶的辅酶,具有递氢作用。核黄素缺乏时脂质过氧化反应增强,而脂质过氧化是多种心血管病变的诱因,同时核黄素参与脂质动员,对脂质沉积性肌病的治疗较为有效。

Abstract:Riboflavin, with the ability of transferring hydrogen, acts as an important coenzyme of many oxidoreductases in organism. Riboflavin deficiency may cause enhanced lipid peroxidation, which may cause various cardiovascular diseases. Riboflavin also participates in the lipid mobilization, and therefore is effective in the treat- ment of lipid storage myopathy.
