| 摘 要： | 目的探讨显微外科技术在四肢创伤后皮肤软组织缺损中的临床应用。方法对304例四肢创伤后皮肤软组织缺损应用显微外科技术进行修复,其中胸腹部皮管46例,带蒂皮瓣181例,游离皮瓣77例。结果胸腹部皮管移植46例,全部成活,移植成功率100%;岛状皮瓣移植成功177例,移植成功率97%;游离皮瓣移植成功74例,移植成功率97.5%。结论显微外科技术是修复四肢创伤后皮肤软组织缺损的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of treating the trauma soft tissue defects of the limbs by microsurgical technique.Methods 304 cases of the trauma soft tissue defects of limbs were treated by 3 kinds of microsurgical flaps.46 cases repaired by tubular skin flap,181 cases were treated by pedicled skin flap and 77 cases were treated by free skin flap.Results 46 cases repaired by tubular skin flap were all successful.177 cases were successful and 4 cases failed by pedicled skin flap with survival rate 97%.74 cases were successful and 3 cases failed by free skin flap with survival rate 97.5%.Conclusion Microsurgical technique is the most available method to repair the trauma soft tissue defects of the limbs. |
