表面麻醉在小切口白内障手术中应用效果

目的探讨表面麻醉在小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术中的应用效果。方法选择68(77眼)白内障患者为研究对象,采用表面麻醉下进行小切口白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术对患者进行治疗。结果术中病人麻醉效果良好,手术过程顺利。术后1天裸眼视力:0.1～0.3者6眼(7.8%);0.4～0.8者58眼(75.3%);≥0.8者13眼(16.9%),术后1周复查视力,视力0.1～0.3者2眼(2.6%);0.4～0.8者57眼(74%);≥0.8者18眼(23.4%)。术后未发生角膜失代偿等严重的并发症。结论该方法并发症少,手术时间短,手术质量较好,优于传统麻醉下手术方法。

The effect of application of topical anesthsia on small incision cataract extraction

Objective To observe the clinical effects of small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation under topical anesthesia. Methods 68 （ 77 eyes ） cases of cataract patients in our hospital were observed. Small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were adopted to cure the patients. Results The effect of topical anesthsia was good and the operation was successful. On postoperative day 1, visual acuity 0.1-0.3 were 6 eyes （7.8%）; 0.4-0.8 were 58 eyes 75.3（%）; ≥ 0.8 were 13 eyes 16.9（%）.On postoperative week 1 0.1-0.3 were 2 eyes （2.6%）; 0.4-0.8 were 57 eyes 74（%）; t〉0.8 were 18 eyes 23.4（%）.There was no case of corneal decompensation. Conclusion The effect of topical anesthesia in small incision cataract extraction is better than traditional method. This operation under topical anesthesia can reduce the incidence of complications and greatly alleviate the patients＇ pain.
