清中汤联合西药治疗胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

目的]观察清中汤联合西药治疗胃溃疡疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法，将80例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。对照组40例阿莫西林1．0g／次，3次／d。克拉霉素0．5g／次，2次／d。奥美拉唑20mg/次，2次／d，治疗2周。治疗组40例清中汤（黄连6g，蒲公英30g，半夏9g，茯苓12g，陈皮8g，乌贼骨30g，枳壳12g，白芍15g，甘草3g），水煎300mL，1剂／d，2次／d。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃镜、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程，判定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈28例，显效8例，有效3例，无效2例，总有效率95．00％。对照组治愈21例，显效8例，有效7例，无效5例，总有效率87．50％。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]清中汤联合西药治疗胃溃疡效果显著，值得推广。

Objective ] Qingzhong Tang combined western medicine treatment of gastric ulcer effect. Treatment group of 40 patients Qingzhong Tang （ Coptis 6g, dandelion 30g, Pinellia 9g, Poria 12g, tangerine peel 8g, cuttlefish bone 30g, Fructus 12g, white peony root 15g, licorice 3g ）, decoction 300mL, ldose/d, 2 times / d. Western medicine with the control group. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, endoscopy, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy . Follow- 30d （ time and number of cases ） . Results ]28 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective in 3 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.00% . In the control group were cured 21 cases, 8 cases were markedly effective in 7 cases, 5 cases invalid, the total efficiency of 87.50% . Treatment group than the control group （ P〈O.05, P〈O.O1 ） . Conclusion ] Qingzhong Tang combined western medicine treatment of gastric ulcer effect is significant, it is widely in clinical practice.
