| 摘 要： | 目的]观察加味旋覆代赭汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效。方法]对19例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者使用加味旋覆代赭汤(旋覆花18g,代赭石6g,党参12g,炙甘草18g,半夏12g,生姜30g,大枣30g)随症加减,1剂/d,取汁450mL,分3次饭后服用。治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]显效9例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率89.50%。结论]加味旋覆代赭汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the efficacy of modified XuanFuDaiZhe decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).MethodTo cure 19 cases of CAG by using modified XuanFuDaiZhe decoction,a dose of 450mL per day,,3times after meal.A week of treatment for a course of treatment Consecutive 3 course of treatment to determine efficacy.Results]Markedly effective in 9 cases,effective in 8 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,and the total effective rate is89.50%.Conclusion]It is satisfactory efficacy to cure CAG by using modified XuanFuDaiZhe decoction. |
