乳腺浸润性导管癌超声表现与病理及Id2、Id3mRNA表达关系的研究

摘    要:目的 对照分析乳腺浸润性导管癌超声表现与病理改变的关系;尝试探讨Id2mRNA及Id3mRNA表达与IDC超声表现之间的关系.方法 应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测36例IDC样本中Id2mRNA及Id3mRNA的表达,并与IDC超声表现对照分析.结果 Id2mRNA在正常组织中表达高于癌组织(P<0.05),WHOⅢ级表达低于WHOⅠ级(P<0.05);Id3mRNA的表达相反(分别为P<0.01,P<0.05).Id2mRNA的表达与IDC超声征象之间无显著性意义(P均>0.05).毛刺征及周边导管扩张组Id3mRNA均呈高表达(P均<0.01).结论 IDC声像图表现与病理组织学变化密切相关.IDC的二维超声征象可在一定程度上反应Id3mRNA的表达水平.
