海南岛引种与马来西亚进口肉豆蔻(种子和叶)挥发油的比较研究

摘    要:本文测定了引种与进口肉豆蔻挥发油的理化常数。数据表明,两者挥发油的物理常数及主要化学成分大致相同,但相对含量有差异。此外,还测定了肉豆蔻叶的挥发油含量,其出油率约1.4%,其理化常数与种仁油相近,可考虑综合利用。

Abstract:In this paper, the physicochemical constants and some constitutuents of the essential oil of Myristica fragrans Houtt. (scmens and leaves) cultivated on Hainan Island have been determined and compared with those of imports from Malaysia. The results show that the two oils are basically similar in main constituents and physicochemical constants, but different in relative contents. The volatile oil content of the leaves is 1.4%, which proves suitable for comprehensive utilization.
