东莞市1995~2004年不同传播途径传染病发病情况分析

摘    要:目的分析东莞市不同传播途径传染病的流行情况,探讨发病趋势和流行特点,为制定传染病预防和控制策略提供科学依据。方法对东莞市1995~2004年的传染病疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果1995~2004年共报告法定传染病99804例,年均发病率223.62/10万;其中血源与性传播传染病发病率为79.96/10万,居首位;其次为肠道传染病和呼吸道传染病,发病率分别为67.79/10万、60.26/10万。而新生儿破伤风及其它传染病和自然与虫媒传染病,发病率分别为9.03/10万、6.45/10万。结论血源与性传播传染病的预防与控制仍是东莞市今后传染病预防和控制工作重点。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemic status of infectious diseases of different transmission routes in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, and provide basis for prevention, control and treatment of the diseases.Methods The data of infectious diseases in this city in 1995-2004 were collected and analyzed. Results The total reported cases of infectious diseases in 1995 -2004 were 99 804 with an average annual incidence rate of 223.62 per 100 000.The number of cases of infectious diseases which were transmitted through blood and sexual intercourse was the highest, with an average rate of 79.96 per 100 000, while the annual incidence rates of infection through intestinal, respiratory transmissions were 67.79 per 100 000 and 60.26 per 100 000, respectively. And annual incidence rate of neonatal tetanus, infectious disease transmitted by direct contact, was 9.03 per 100 000, while that of vector-borne infectious diseases was 6.45 per 100 000. Conclusion More effective control measures for prevention should be taken for infectious disease through blood, and sexual transmission.
