| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌术前诊断应用磁共振联合胃镜检查的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析胃癌患者40例的临床资料,所有患者术前均经胃镜检查和磁共振检查,分析联合磁共振和胃镜在胃癌术前检查中的临床意义.结果 磁共振定位准确率为87.5％（35/40）,胃镜定位准确率为97.5％,两种方法比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.两种检查方法吻合度较小（Kappa系数=0.048）.结论 磁共振和胃镜在胃癌术前诊断中各有侧重点,对于进展期胃癌,可以结合两种方法进行术前诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical significance of MRI combined with gastroscope for preoperative diagnosis of gastric carcinoma. Methods Rretrospective analyzed clinical data of 40 cases with gastric carcinoma which were detected by MRI and gastroscope before operation. Clinical significance of MRI combined with gastroscope for preoperative diagnosis of gastric carcinoma were analyzed. Results Positioning accuracy of MRI was 87.5%（35/40）, and that of gastroscope was 97.5%. There was no significant difference between two methods（P〉0.05）. Goodness of fit of two methods was small （Kappa=0.048）. Conclusion Emphasis of MRI and gastroscope in diagnosis of preoperative gastric carcinoma are different. For progressive stage gastric carcinoma, MRI combined with gastroscope in preoperative diagnosis of gastric carcinoma shows more advantages. |
