检验科信息系统建设对患者满意度的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨检验科信息系统建设对门诊患者满意度的影响.方法 完善和优化检验科信息系统建设,系统投入使用后随机抽取门诊患者填写满意度调查问卷,采用Likert五级评定法计分,运用SPSS17.0软件对所获数据进行统计学描述及相关性检验.结果 检验方便性满意度与检验科信息系统建设前中后三个季度具有显著相关性,三个季度分别为(3.7±0.6)分,(4.3±0.8)分,(4.3±0.8)分.信息系统建设中期整体满意度均值最低,仅为(3.5±0.5)分.结论 我院通过检验科信息系统的建设,显著缩短了门诊病人就诊的时间,给病人复诊与疾病治疗带来了极大的方便,提高了门诊患者的满意度.

The influence of the clinical laboratory information system on the satisfaction of out-patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of the clinical laboratory information system on the satisfaction of outpatients. Methods Out-patients were selected randomly to do the questionnaire, Likert method of five levels was used and the relevance of the datas was examined with the software SPSS17.0. Results The convenience of testing in the satisfaction questionnaire was closely related to three phases of the fulfilment of the clinical laboratory information system. three phases of the fulfilment of LIS was(3.7±0.6)min, (4.3±0.8)min, (4.3±0.8)rain. The lowest satisfaction degree (3.5±0.5) came in the middle stage of the fulfilment. Conclusion The improvement of the clinical laboratory information system can save time for out-patients and improve patients' satisfaction.
