两种麻醉方法对妇科腹腔镜手术患者应激相关激素的影响

目的 比较两种麻醉方式对妇科腹腔镜手术应激相关激素的影响.方法 入选患者于2010年1月～2011年1月在我科接受腹腔镜妇科手术,共70例,依麻醉方式分为复合麻醉组和全麻组,应用全凭静脉麻醉与静吸麻醉两种方法,比较两组的血浆去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、皮质醇、生长素、促肾上腺皮质激素的分泌情况.结果 全麻组在手术过程中测得的去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素、促肾上腺皮质激素、皮质醇、生长素均较术前降低,而复合组在术中的各项激素水平均较术前升高.结论 丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉法在妇科腹腔镜手术过程中能抑制多种应激反应激素的释放,抑制应激反应的效果优于七氟烷为主的静吸复合麻醉法,更适合在妇科腹腔镜手术中应用.

Two different anesthesia methods on the stress response relevant hormone to intervention gynecological laparoscopic operation

Objective To compare of two kinds of anesthesia methods on stress hormone in gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods January 2010 to January 2011 ,selected 70 patients with gynecological laparoscopie surgery, randomly divided into combined anesthesia group and general anesthesia group, compared with NE ,E,CORT,GH and ACTH of two groups. Results NE, E, GH and ACTH, CORT of general anesthesia group were all lower than those before operation. NE, E, GH and ACTH, CORT of combined anesthesia group were all higher than those before operation. Conclusion Propofol total intravenous anesthesia can inhibit a variety of hormone release in the gynecologic laparoscopic operation, Its＇inhibitory effect＇is better than seven sevoflurane based anesthesia method,more suitable for application＇in gynecological laparoseopic operation.
