纳络酮联合依达拉奉治疗弥漫性轴索损伤疗效观察

目的 探讨纳络酮联合依达拉奉治疗弥漫性轴索损伤的临床效果.方法 分析我院收治的67例弥漫性轴索损伤患者,将其随机分为治疗组34例和对照组33例.对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用纳洛酮注射液,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉.比较两组患者预后及哥拉斯哥昏迷评分（GCS）及不良情况.结果 两组预后良好率评分比较,差异有统计学意义（x2=9.549,P＜0.05）;两组治疗后7 dGCS评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,治疗后14d、21 d、28 d的GCS评分比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;均未出现严重不良反应.结论 纳洛酮联合依达拉奉治疗弥漫性轴索损伤可有效改善患者意识状态及预后,安全性好.

The curative effect and observation of naloxone combined with edaravone in treatment of diffuse axonal injury

Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with naloxone in treatment of diffuse axonal in- jury clinical effect. Methods A total of 67 cases of diffuse axonal injury patients in our hospital were treated. All pa- tients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 34 cases and the control group of 33 cases. Two groups were given conventional treatment, the control group on the basis of conventional therapy plus naloxone injection, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of edaravone. The Glasgow Coma Score （GCS） and prognosis and ad- verse circumstances of two groups of patients were compared. Results The comparison of prognosis rates of two groups was statistically significant （X2=9.549, P〈0.05）;The comparison of the GCS score of 7d of two groups after treatment was nostatistically significant（P〉0.05）,the comparisons of the GCS score of 14d, 21d and 28d after treatment were sta- tistically significant （P〈0.05）;The two groups were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Naloxone combined with edaravone in treatment of diffuse axonal injury state of consciousness, can effectively improve the prognosis of patients with, and has good safety.
