腹腔镜联合胆道镜在胆道结石手术中的治疗体会

目的 探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜在胆道结石患者手术中的临床应用价值.方法 选取我院收治的胆道结石患者.对照组患者采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组患者采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜取石术治疗.比较分析两组患者临床治疗效果及预后相关指标.结果 与对照组相比,观察组胆道结石手术患者并发症发生率显著降低,术中出血量明显减少,胃肠功能恢复时间明显缩短,住院时间明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆道结石疗效确切,效果显著,可作为胆道结石患者较为理想的治疗方案.

Treatment experience of laparoscopic combined with choledochoscope in biliary calculi surgery

Objective To probe into the clinical application value of laparoscopic combined with choledochoscope in biliary calculi surgery. Methods Selected 94 hiliary stones patients in our hospital. The patients in control group were treated with traditional open surgery. The patients in observation group were treated with laparoscopie combined with choledochoscope in biliary calculi surgery. The clinical treatment effects and prognosis of the patients in two groups were compared analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the patients in observation group the incidence of com- plications in biliary calculi surgery were decreased significantly, the blood loss in surgery was decreased significantly, the gastrointestinal function recovery time was shortened significantly, the hospital stay was decreased significantly, there were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic combined with choledochoscope treatment has exact and significant effect in biliary calculi surgery. It could be used as ideal combination therapy for patients with biliary calculi.
