母血及脐血胰岛素与胎儿生长发育关系的研究

目的：探讨母血、脐血胰岛素与胎儿宫内生长发育的关系及意义。方法：收集2006年9月～2007年3月在本院分娩的单胎足月正常妊娠（无产科并发症）孕妇及其新生儿各122例,分娩前抽取孕妇空腹静脉血6ml,胎儿娩出后即抽脐血4ml,标本收集后用放射免疫法测定母血、脐血胰岛素水平。结果：LGA母血及脐血胰岛素水平明显高于AGA、SGA,AGA母血及脐血胰岛素水平明显低于SGA组,差异均有统计学意义。结论：脐血胰岛素与胎儿生长发育密切相关,可作为评估胎儿宫内生长发育的指标之一。

Maternal and cord blood insulin and the relationship between fetal growth and development

Objective：To investigate the maternal and cord blood insulin and fetal growth and development and its significance.Methods：From September 2006 to March 2007 delivery of a single child in our hospital term normal pregnancy（no obstetric complications） of the 122 cases of pregnant women and their newborns,pregnant women before delivery fasting blood collected 6 ml,fetus umbilical cord blood after pumping 4 ml,collected specimens measured by radioimmunoassay in maternal and cord blood insulin levels.Results：LGA maternal and cord blood insulin levels were significantly higher than that of AGA,SGA,AGA maternal and cord blood insulin levels were significantly lower than the SGA group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Cord blood insulin and fetal growth and development are closely related,can be used to evaluate fetal growth and development indicators.
