摘    要:观察大鼠急性损伤局部与主要器官质过氧化发迹方法:用静注射油酸的 制大鼠急性肺损伤模型。实验分对照组和油酸组,观察肺大体变化;取支气管-肺泡灌洋行 、血浆,不则定蛋白质及丙二醛含量;取心,肺,肝,肾组织测MDA及SOD。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the changes of the lipid peroxidation of the ung and other major organs during the acute lung injury in rats.Methods:17 rats,weighing 200-250g,were used in this experiment,dividing into the control group(n=7)and the oleic-acid group(n=10).Acute lung injury was produced by intravenous injection of oleic-acid at the dosage of 0.1ml/kg.Pulmonary changes were observed.MDA,SOD and protein in the samples taken from the lung.BALF,heart,liver,kidney and plasma were measured respectively.Results:The oleiv-acid group showed:(1)pulmonary tissue was injured.(2)Protein and MDA content from BALF were obviously increased;(3)MDA content in the lung,heart,liver and kidney was increased and SOD activity decreased as compared with those of control group.Conclusion:Lipid peroxidaton in the lung during acute lung injury induced by oleic-acid was increased,the similar changes might appear in the heart,Liver and kidney.The mechanism causing such injury is that local toxic produts reach to the organs through the blood flow or activated PMN plug into organs microvasculature after injection of olercacid.This mechanism may also be a pathway of multiple organ failure during acute respiratory distress syndrome
