三个不同产地的川芎与其近缘植物藁本的挥发油成分对比分析

目的:比较四川、甘肃和云南产川芎与其近缘植物藁本挥发油的成分及含量.方法:采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用分析方法.结果:从四川、甘肃、云南产川芎及藁本挥发油中共鉴定出69个成分,其挥发油总含量分别为0.51%,0.44%,0.47%和0.70%.结论:3个产地的川芎的挥发油主成分相同,含量上有差异;藁本与上述3个产地川芎的挥发油成分差异较大.

The Comparative Composition Analysis of Volatile Oils in Three Different Area of Rhizoma Chuanxiong and the Kindred Plant Rhizoma Gaoben

Objective: To compare volatile oil composition and contents of Rhizoma chuanxiong produced from Sichuan, Gansu, Yunnan and the kindred plant Rhizoma Gaoben. Methods: Identified by GC-MS. Results: 69 ele-ments were identified from volatile oil in Rhizoma ehuanxiong produced from Siehuan, Gansu and Yunnan, and Rhizo-ma Gaoben. And the contents of volatile oil were 0. 51%, 0. 44%, 0. 47% and 0. 70%. Conclusion: The principal component of the volatile oil in the three producing areas of Rhizoma chuanxiong were the same, but there were differ-ences in content. There were great differences in content of volatile oil between Rhizoma Gaoben and Rhizoma ehuanx-iong produced from Sichuan, Gansu and Yunnan.
