摘    要:目的 评价肠内营养对接受呼吸机病人的临床作用。方法 采用随机、对照的实验设计,分出EN组、PN组和普通组,共32例。EN和PN组病人接受等氮等热量的6天营养支持,普通组仅给予常规输液;对比研究在血气指标、氮平衡、血浆蛋白和临床预后等方面的不同作用。结果 EN组和PN组在6天累积氮平衡和血浆前白蛋白的结果相似,与普通组有显性差别(P<0.05)。血气指标三组结果相似,但EN组略好;肺部感染治愈率EN和PN组结果,优于普通组。PN组的营养费用显高于EN组(P<0.05),并且有穿刺并发症出现。结论 结合临床效能,肠内营养是接受呼吸机治疗病人较好的营养支持方法。

The effects of enteral nutrition on nutrition status,respiratory function,infection control for patients who were undergoing ventilator therapy
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of enteral nutrition on thepatients who were undergoing the ventilator therapy. Methods We used randomized controlled study design,divided into enteral group,parenteral group and the common group.EN and PN groups were undergoing 6 days nutrition support of equal nitrogen and equal calorie;the common group was undergoing the routine intravenous therapy,compared the different effects on blood gas indexes,nitrogen balance,protein of blood plasma and prognosis. Results The EN group had the similar results in 6 days accumulated nitrogen balance and blood plasma pro-albumin with PN group,had significant differences with the common group (P<0.05).The similar blood gas parameters were observed int three groups,but the EN group had the best parameters.The lung infection rates were similar in former two groups,better than the common group.The nutrition cost of PN group was significantly higher than EN group (P<0.05) and had the puncture complications. Conclusion Synthesizing the clinical effects,enteral nutrition was a better nutrition support approach for the patients who were undergoing ventilator therapy.
