| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心宁胶囊治疗快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法：将180例入选病人随机分为治疗组（A组）120例，对照组（B组）60例。在综合治疗的基础上，A组服用心宁胶囊，B组服用心律平。分别观察其主要症状、体征、心电图、血脂变化。结果：A组在缓解症状、降低心率、提高心功能、调节血脂等方面，均明显优于B组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论：心宁胶囊对于快速心律失常具有较好的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the tachyarrhythia patients.Methods:The 180 tachyarrhythia patients randomly devided into two groups,the curative group(A group)120patients,and the control group(B group)60 patients.Under the complex treatment,A group patients treatment by oral administration Propafenone.Observe the change of the level of symptoms,physical sign,electrocardoogram,blood-lipid.Results:The remissioning symptoms,reducing the heart rate,enhancement the cardiac function,and regulation of blood-lipid,of A group compared with B group,the difference is significance(P<0.05);Conclusion:The Xinning capsule can effect the the tachyarrhythia. |
