| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿脓胸的发病原因、诊断及治疗方法。方法 110例小儿脓胸行单纯胸穿治疗10例，胸腔闭式引流56例，病灶清除、胸膜纤维板剥脱术38例，胸腔镜手术6例。结果 本组2例死亡，3例放弃治疗自动出院，余105例痊愈，治愈率95．45％。结论 小儿脓胸应早期行胸腔闭式引流术引流，效果不佳时及时开胸手术。胸腔镜手术是小儿脓胸治疗的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the etiology,diagnosis and therapeutic method of pyothorax in young children. Methods Of 110 cases of pyothorax,10 cases of them were treated by simple thoracentesis,56 cases had closed drainage from thoracicavity,clearance of fecal lesion,38 cases were decortication of pleurae,6 cases under went thoracoscopic operation. Rusults 2 cases of them died,3 cases abandon treatment,automatic dischange. Other 105 cases were cured,cure rate was 95.45%.Conclusions Operation therapy is fist chosen,for the pyothorax in young children,the management of thoracic cavity is developmental tendency of the therapy of the young children suffered from pyothorax. |
