| 摘 要： | 目的：观察磷酸钙与不完全弗氏佐剂混合作为乙肝核酸疫苗的佐剂能否提高乙肝核酸疫苗的免疫效果。方法：将乙肝核酸疫苗与磷酸钙形成共沉物，再与不完全弗氏佐剂混合免疫小鼠，不同时间内观察小鼠外周血中ＨＢｓＡｇ与抗一ＨＢＳ的变化，从而观察小鼠的免疫应答。结果：两种佐剂能提高乙肝核酸疫苗的免疫效果。结论：核酸疫苗免疫中使用佐剂值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:Making an observation on whether the adjuvant can in crease the effect of hepatitis B nucleic acid vaccine. Methods:To combined hepatitis B nucleic acid vaccine with calcium phosphate to form a coprecipitation. Then the coprecipitation was mixed with the Freund's incomplete adjuvant. The mixture was inoculated into BALB/c mice to test the levels of HBsAg and anti-HBs to study the effect of the adjuvant. Result:The study shows that the adjuvant can increase the effect of the nucleic acid vaccine. Conclusion: Using an adjuvant in nucleic acid vaccines deserves future study. |
