| 摘 要： | 目的 研究重叠综合征的临床特点。方法 对 2 1例重叠综合征患者及 2 0例OSAS患者颈围、体重指数、肺功能及多导睡眠图进行研究。结果 重叠综合征患者觉醒次数增加 ,入睡潜伏期缩短 ,睡眠呼吸暂停时间长 ,夜间低氧血症明显。结论 重叠综合征引起睡眠呼吸障碍更为明显 ,夜间低氧血症明显 ,危害性大 ,须引起高度重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical characteristics of overlap syndrome.Methods 21 patients of overlap syndrome and 20 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) were studied by neck circumference,body mass index(BMI),lung function and polysomnography(PSG).Results Overlap syndrome had increased number of WASO(wake after sleep onset),fallen asleep the incubation period shorten,sleep apnea time was long,and the noctarnal hypoxemia was obvious.Conclusion Overlap syndrome cause the sleep breathing disorders more obvious,the noctarnal hypoxemia is serious,its harmfulness is big and should be emphasized. |
