| 摘 要： | 目的:通过建立丹参药材的指纹图谱,对不同产地丹参药材质量进行评价。方法:采用C18柱,乙腈-0.35%冰醋酸溶液梯度程序洗脱,建立丹参指纹色谱图。并用相似度软件进行评价。结果:对5个省的丹参药材测定,标定16个共有峰。相似度均在0.9以上。结论:为不同产地丹参药材遴选提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from different places of production through establishing the fingerprint of the medicinal substances.Methods:The HPLC was run on C18 columns with acetonitrile-0.35% glacial acetic acid solution as mobile phase in gradient elution mode and the fingerprint of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was established.Results:The 16 common peaks were pinpointed by the determination of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae gathered from 5 provinces.The similarities,which were proved to be higher than 0.9,were calculated with the help of The Similarity Calculation Soft of Fingerprint Chromatography of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Conclusion:The experiment can provide evidence for the selection of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in different places. |
