The latest research progress in cooling method with ICU surface

Objective： To investigate the various surface cooling method of cooling effect of ICU patients with high fever. Methods： the physical cooling is divided into external, bath, cooling blanket cooling three categories; related search and clinical experience are discussed. Conclu- sion： various physical cooling methods have different characteristics, each have advantages and disadvantages, the key is found that temperature changes in a timely manner, the right to take measures to cool down the physical, promote early recovery in patients with fever, prevent the occurrence of complications of ICU.
