| 摘 要： | 目的：研究二参加芪口服液对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：用环磷酰胺造成小鼠免疫抑制模型，观察二参加芪口服液对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发型过敏反应及血清溶血素水平的影响。结果：二参加芪口服液能显著增强小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能及迟发型过敏反应，明显提高血清溶血素水平。结论：二参加芪口服液能增强机体非特异性免疫、细胞免疫及体液免疫功能，为其临床应用提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study the effect of Ershenjiaqi oral liquid on the immunologic function in mice. Meth- ods：The model of immune suppression in mice was induced by cyclophosphamide. Then the effect of Ershen- jiaqi oral liquid on the maerophage＇s phagocytosis, the delayed - type hypersensitivity and the level of serum hemolysin in mice were observed. Results ：Ershenjiaqi oral liquid can enhance the macrophage~ phagocytosis and the delayed - type hypersensitivity, and increase the level of serum hemolysin in mice. Conclusion ： Ersh- enjiaqi oral liquid can enhance the non - specific immunity, cellular immunity and humoral immunity. So it orovides basis for the clinical aoolication. |
