摘    要:目的 观察可吸收微夹板及螺钉系统治疗颌面部骨折的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析本院自2010年2月~2012年8月收治的颌面骨骨折患者18例,所有患者均采用可吸收夹板及螺钉行颌面部内固定术进行治疗,观察患者的伤口愈合、骨端固定、咬合关系恢复等情况.结果 所有患者手术后伤口均I期愈合,其中优15例(83.3%),良3例(16.7%);无植入物过敏反应或排出,骨折固定区无骨段松动、移位,咬合关系恢复良好,面部形态满意.螺钉完全吸收并螺钉空洞完全骨化时间为16~30个月,平均(18.9±9.6)个月.结论 可吸收微夹板及螺钉系统治疗下颌骨骨折具有良好的机械强度,稳定性及生物相容性,疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To estimate the value of bioabsorbable internal fixation devices in maxillofacial fractures. Methods Eighty patients with maxillofacial fractures were analyzed retrospectively from February 2010 to August 2012, all the cases were treated with maxillofacial fixation with resorbable plate and screws. The coalescence of wound, anatomique benoist Giraud and the recovery of occluding relation were observed. Results the recorvery of wound in all the patients were healing well during first stage, in which fifteen cases( 83.3 % ) were super, three cases (16.7%) were fine;there were no implant rejection, no displacement of fracture end, occlusal recovered well and facial form satisfied. The fracture line was disappeared and the hole of screws were displayed low-density in X-ray after six months of postoperation; the time of the screws were resorbedand the hole of screws were displaced by normal trabecular bone was about 16-30 months, average ( 18.9 ± 9. 6) months. Conclusion Resorbable plate and screws have good elasticity and strength material with fixation, which has good clicinal effect and worthy of using in clicinal.
