| 摘 要： | 目的探讨游离前列腺特异抗原(fPSA)与总前列腺抗原(tPSA)的比值(f/t)对鉴别诊断前列腺癌的临床意义。方法采用酶免微粒子捕捉法同时检测28例前列腺癌(PCa)和32例前列腺增生(BPH)患者的血清tPSA、fPAS,计算其f/t比值。结果PCa组和BPH组血清,当tPSA在4.0~10.0ng/ml区间时,两组患者血清tPSA无显著差异(P>0.05),但PCa患者组的f/t比值却明显低于BPH(P<0.01)。结论f/t比值对PSA水平在4.0~10.0ng/ml之间的PCa和BPH的鉴别诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the clinical value of fPSA-tPSA ratio in the differential diagnosis prostate cancer. Methods The levels of serum total and free PSA was determined in 28 patients with prostate cancer(PCa) and 32 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH), using micropartical enzyme immunoassay. The ratio of free/total PSA was calculated. Results When total PSA concentration was from 4.0 to 10.0 ng/ml, the difference of serum tPSA between two groups was insignificance (P>0.05), but the fPSA-tPSA ratio of PCa group was lower than that of BPH group (P<0.01). Conclusions When tPSA levels is from 4 to 10 ng/ml, The fPSA-tPSA ratio is significant in differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and BPH. |
