| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药姜黄素（Cur）对子宫颈癌SiHa细胞株的增殖抑制和诱导凋亡的作用。方法：以不同浓度的姜黄素（10umol／L、20umol／L、30umol／L），分12h、24h、48h、72h4个时间点处理SiHa细胞，光镜观察细胞形态变化；用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）法测定细胞增殖抑制率；用透射电子显微镜及琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测凋亡的发生。结果：姜黄素可抑制SiHa细胞增殖，作用呈明显的时效和量效关系，差异有非常显著性（P〈0.01）；姜黄素可诱导SiHa细胞凋亡，透射电子显微镜下可见凋亡细胞；琼脂糖凝胶电泳出现细胞凋亡典型的DNA“梯状”条带。结论：姜黄素体外对SiHa细胞具有增殖抑制作用和促进凋亡作用。

Methods:SiHa cells were treated with various concentrations (10 umol/L,20 umol/L,30 umol/L ) of Curcume for different periods(12h,24h,48h,72h).
