| 摘 要： | 目的 评价头孢哌酮钠／舒巴坦钠治疗医院荻得性肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法 对46例医院荻得性肺炎患者采用头孢哌酮钠／舒巴坦钠治疗，静脉给药剂量，成人2．0～4．0g／d，严重或难治性感染可增至8．0g／d，分等量，2次／d静脉滴注，疗程7～14d。结果 治疗总有效率83．3％，细菌清除率80．9％，不良反应率为4．6％。结论 头孢哌酮钠／舒巴坦钠为治疗医院获得性肺炎有效和安全的抗生素。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the curative effect and safety of CG and SSin treatment of iatrogenic acquired pneumonia(IAP).Methods 46 cases of such patient were treated with CG and SS 2～4g per day I.V.and severe infection the dose might increase 8 g per day for 7～14 day as a course.Results The total effective rate was 83.3% and bacteria clearance was 80.9%.The side effect rate was 4.6%.Conclusion This drug might be effective and safe for IAP. |
