| 摘 要： | 通过临床运用温胆汤治疗身热、自汗、失眠、暑湿低热及眩晕等不同病症，发现温胆汤加味可以治疗辨证属于胆胃不和，痰热内扰的诸多病症。因此，在辨证准确的情况下，以不变之方而应万变之证，可取得满意疗效，进一步体现出“异病同治”为中医治疗疾病的一大特点。
