| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨CD105抗体标记的微血管密度(MVD)与临床病理特征、促红细胞生成素(EPO)的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测46例胶质瘤组织中CD105、EPO蛋白的表达。结果 CD105标记的MVD与病理分级、水肿分级、EPO均正相关(P值均<0.01),而与患者性别无关(P>0. 05)。高年龄组、瘤体积大组CD105标记的MVD高于低年龄组、瘤体积小组(P值均<0. 01)。结论 CD105的表达在胶质瘤的发生、发展中有重要作用,受EPO调节。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationshi p between the microvessel density (MVD) marked with CD105 and the clinical patholo gy character, EPO in human gliomas. Methods Immunohisto chemical method was used to analyze the expression of CD105, EPO in 46 case of h uman gliomas. Results CD105 was significantly correlated with histopathological degree, brain edema grade and EPO (P<0.01 , ) ,but wasn't associated with sex (p>0.05). The vessels stained by CD105 in o lder and bigger tumor group were higher than younger and smaller tumor group ( P<0.01). Conclusion The expression of the C D105 plays an important role in human gliomas growth and may be regulated by the EPO. |
